Open photos Hotel in my opinion nothing fancy, but it gets the job done

It was a cheap hotel nothing fancy, but the hotel next-door was really nice but it was double the price so I'd rather stay with you because I'm not a rich man yet.

Excellent personnel, very friendly they made my trip in Tiberias great

Breakfast was amazing, excellent food here both breakfast & dinner were delicious,location was great , bed were comfortable, coffee amazing. Loved the people very helpful

Only the bathroom water would get stocked ,but the rest was all good

Nice, modest stay. Value matched the price

It was nicely designed, modest and clean. The staff was pleasant.

There was no parking which was a pain and it was obvious that it had been a little run down and designed over but did the job. The breakfast was super expensive and we opted not to eat there which complicated things.

The staff is really nice and friendly. The location is really convenient, there is bus stops in 5 minutes walk and there is a supermarket nearby.

The noise from the street and from the traffic is terrible. You can hear the walking on the corridor and people chatting very clearly.

fine for a night or two within a budget but you won’t be spending any more time in the room than you need to

good location, reasonable value, offered breakfast, staff was willing to answer questions/help

lobby is very nice and modern but rooms are very aged and not well maintained, doors that were hard to close, springs in the mattress that would pop, all very dated and in real need of updating. spend some of that money on the rooms instead of the lobby

As a "senior

I found the staff very friendly and willing to help, as much as they could. The room was a little small, but then this is a small hotel. The food was good and the chef was available to answer questions or to talk. The room was very clean and I really appreciated the little Rosh Hashona present left for me. Though there was no synogogue in the hotel, thankfully the hotel next door had one.

The parking was inadequate and I was forced to find parking elsewhere and this was a huge problem for me due to the fact that I am not from Tiberias and unfamiliar with the streets.

Value for money is ok. Nice designed.

I ordered a room for couple plus an infant, we got a tween bed in a small room. My daughter was sleeping when we came so I didn't want to move her so I didn't tell anything to the staff. It wasn't so clean. The staff are kids. The staff in the dining room wasn't so efficient. A lot of noise from the road.

Hopefully in a year from now that Hotel will be thriving. Give it a time.

Except the staff and the owner of the Hotel that tried their best under the conditions - there was not much to like but we were promised that they are the new owners and the place will only get better. I believe it will Breakfast has to be definitely better and match the restaurant and the kitchen capabilities of the place

I paid in Pay Pal and they had no idea I paid and were very suspicious at the beginning and I have lost lots of nerves before I proved the payments was thru. Ruined my experience. Besides, the room side we were occupying was looking at the inner yars and it was better not to look as it was very inattractive. Again, it can ony get better as the restaurations are on the way

Absolutely solid hotel in Tiberias

The standard of this hotel was high, especially the room, bed and bath. Very clean and comfortable. One night I stayed on Friday night and the hotel was full of ultra-orthodox families. But actually I enjoyed the experience. Yes, it was noisy until midnight but these were happy families and children. After midnight it quieted down and I slept fine. Despite all the partying and difficulty of parking the first time, I would be inclined to stay here again. Very clean and cozy. Even though I slept on the street side, the traffic is so regular it did not keep me awake. I liked the abundant free coffee and tea in the room, a very nice touch!

Although there actually is parking in abundance in the area, it can be hard to find a parking spot the first time you drive by. So be prepared for extra time to park the first time, and if you stay on a Friday night when the hotel is likely quite full, you may have to wait a bit for the small and slow elevator. But once you are in your room, you have real comfort and a balcony.

Lobby was much nicer than floors and rooms

Absolutely nothing to write home about. Mediocre in all categories, not well maintained and staff was not the least service oriented. The hotel doesn't have parking and there are no instructions where the hotel suggests that you park. The hotel is located in the upper part of Tiberias , so every time you come back from the city you have a climb back to the hotel.
